Surgery day...

Is tomorrow morning! I am fortunate to have a friend of mine's mother in the OR with me. She is a nurse at Kaiser and said she will scrub in and keep an eye on me while i am under. And to make sure they do the correct ankle! LOL. I'll be in a cast for 6 weeks, then a walking boot with physical therapy. Hopefully everything will go okay! I'll update everyone when I can!

I won a giveaway on a Daycare Life's blog! Hopefully it will be here by Christmas, but if not, that's okay too! Its the Joovy Caboose kids stroller....yep you read right, KIDS stroller! Its the same joovy caboose we use for our kids, but scaled down to fit dolls and stuffed animals! I am so excited! Brie will LOVE this as she is VERY into her dollies lately! YAYAYAYAY!

Well, ok, not yet, but she had her party on Sunday! She had such a good time! The theme was Princess and Pirates. The girls dressed up as princesses and the boys were pirates. THey decorated foam crowns to take home, had lots of cake and ice cream, and Brie got LOTS of great toys!!!! It was so nice to be able to visit with friends and family that we haven't seen in a while, and I can't wait to do it again next year! (OK, maybe I can, but still.....). HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Ok, so its a little late, but Happy Thanksgiving! Here are some pics from that night. THey came out very cute! The kids wanted to go outside to play, even though it was freezing out. Addi absolutely loves being outside, but refused to wear a jacket for a while. She finally got cold enought to leave it on after about a half hour. HAHA...kids, they think they know everything!
