No Control

You know that feeling you get when you know you have no say in what happens, or when it happens? I hate that feeling. That knot that forms in your upper stomach and makes you want to puke. I've had that now for the past four weeks in waiting for the stupid loan process to be complete. I just want it DONE. Each and every week, its, "maybe next week, maybe next week". When will it be "next week" already?!

Lets Give It A Go

This is one of the busiest and most stressful times in my life, and I figured, what better time to start a blog about it?

In the span of a month our lives have turned upside down...we are buying a house, moving to a new city, moving away from family, and leaving our friends during some of the most trying times as a mother. I try to keep my cool with the kids and not let the stress I'm feeling flow through to them, but I don't think its been very successful. They can tell I'm stressed and are pushing their limits. Who are my kids you ask?

Well, I have an almost 4yr old little boy who is a total love. He loves mama, dinosaurs, Chuck E Cheese, and Hotwheels...wait - what 4 yr old DOESN'T love those things!?! He has recently been diagnosed with SPD or Sensory Perception Disorder. He does great around adults, but looses it around loud noises or lots of kids. I have a two year old drama queen who thinks the entire world revolves around her. She is spoiled rotten, and now we are paying for it. Trying to squash her bad habits has become a nightmare. She knows just how to charm and manipulate you to get what she wants! And it works because she is as cute as a button! I also have an 8 month old baby girl. She is wonderful. Those first few months were utter hell as she had an intolerance to normal formula, but once we fixed that problem...she's been my easiest baby yet!

I am a stay at home mom and am thankful for that opportunity, but sometimes all I want to do is be able to get out and go to work and escape the chaos that comes with raising three toddlers at once. That's about all I can think of for now, so until next time! :)
